Repeat Prescriptionsmulticolour_pills

If your long-term medication has been approved on a repeat prescription basis you can re-order in a number of ways:

  • By telephone - call 0121 322 8820 between 10:30 and 17:00 Monday - Friday
  • By hand - leave your repeat slip or a written request in the box provided at reception.
  • By post - enclosing a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
  • Online - by following the link at the top of this page and completing a simple registration.

Please note

Prescriptions take 48 hours and are processed Monday - Friday not including weekends and bank holidays

Prescriptions will not be faxed to the pharmacies

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
